Pocahontas County is located in the mid-eastern section of West Virginia. Only a few hours from major metropolitan areas, the county is easily accessible from all directions via nearby interstate highways.
Because of our rural location, GPS units are not always the most reliable source for turn-by-turn directions. Some of the roads in the area are not properly mapped. We suggest inputting longitude and latitude coordinates, rather than using a street address. Here are some of the coordinates for places to stay in the county.
We have knowledgeable staff who will be more than happy to give you specific driving directions to the area. Just call us at 800.336.7009.
