Elk River's cabins are centrally located in the small town of Slatyfork. All major county attractions are just a short drive away. Hickory and Hemlock log cabins are 1.5 miles from the base of Snowshoe Mtn Resort in a quiet wooded meadow. The other two cabins are located on the headwaters of the Elk River, 4.5 miles from the resort. Groups of 4-10 people recommended. Three of the cabins have phones and all have satellite TV. Linens, full kitchen, dishwasher, outdoor grill, wireless internet access and hot tub are some of the amenities that are included. Reasonably priced for weekends or multi-day getaways. Breakfast can be arranged through the Elk River Inn. Pets are welcome in two cabins with reservation and deposit.
